Before, he has worked for more than 15 years for the Boston Consulting Group, since 2013 as a managing director and partner. Hagen Lessing studied Business Management and Engineering in Cottbus and Ohio, in 2004 he received a PhD from the Faculty of Business Administration and Economics at the University of Paderborn. Oliver Schlodder Group Chief Sales Officer Infos Oliver Schlodder, born in 1980, is responsible for the CommercialIndustrial and Focus Markets division and the Chief Sales Officer of the ista Group since July 1, 2021. The graduate in Business Administration has already been Head of CommercialIndustrial and a member of the Management Team at ista Germany since November 2020. His previous positions include Executive Vice President and member of the Group Leadership Team at NKT A/S, a global provider of cable solutions. Since 2018, Anke held various management roles at Evonik in finance and personnel, notably as Senior Vice President of Accounting and Controlling. She studied at California State University, earning an MBA in Personnel Leadership and Finance, and at the European School of Management and Technology Berlin (ESMT) with an MBA in General Management. She is also a tax consultant and Certified Public Accountant in Texas, USA. Michaela Hitzberger Chief Technology Officer Infos Michaela Hitzberger, born 1981, was appointed Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of the ista Group as of January 01, 2023 and is responsible for corporate strategy as well as technology and hardware strategy. She has been with ista since 2020, since April 2021 as the person responsible for corporate strategy and since January 2022 as a member of the Market Board of the ista Group. Previously, she worked for more than 14 years in management consultancies, including AFRY Management Consulting and KPMG.
